REFUND POLICY

Incompetent Delivery:

We assign, re-assign, and re-write your work several times to make sure you're happy with it. These FREE pages will always be worth the same amount, and you can use them whenever you want.

If we still can't give you what you asked for, we'll give you a refund based on an amount that we both agree on. It will only happen if the delivery needs to be corrected.

Late Delivery:

• We promise "On-Time Delivery," but if you still can't reach us after three tries, and we still can't deliver the service you asked for, we will give you your money back as soon as we have proof that the company was at fault for the late delivery.

Refund Time Frame:

• You must submit a refund request within 120 days of delivery. No consideration will be given to refund requests submitted after the deadline.

Refunds will not be given in the following cases:

• When both parties reach a consensus, reimbursements will be processed in the event that delivery is delayed due to minor technical errors such as misspellings, typos, discrepancies in word count, or missing references. • Delays caused by the client will not be the company's responsibility.
